Shipping & Delivery Policy

YOU GET FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS.

Once you've placed an order, there are 7-14 days of business day shipping and transit (handling time included). Depending on your location, you can expect deliveries to come sooner or later.

Once your order is packaged, please look for an email for your tracking link. Check all your email folders, including Junk/Spam folder. If there are any issues, please email us at: info@alteredphysical.com

ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This confirms your order has been received in our system and your credit card is authorized for purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we begin processing to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail to confirm if you'd like to keep your order or cancel for a full refund. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

ORDER SHIPMENT

Some of our items can take as long as 4-5 weeks to ship depending on the model and series. Please contact customer service before ordering if delivery time is a concern of yours.

Certain items due to high demand and low supply can only be placed on back order at specific times. Please contact customer service to hear about any of our indoor or outdoor item's availability.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within four (4) business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@alteredphysical.com

Non-returnable Items:
If you requested the shipping company or Altered Physical to cancel a processed but not delivered order that contains non-returnable item(s), we charge you for 70% of the price of the non-returnable item(s) as a restocking fee. Please ensure you respond to communications within 24 hours, or storage fees may be applied. In the event that the shipping company charges storage fees, we will pass those charges on to you. You will be notified by email of the additional fee, and the credit card on your account will be charged.

SHIPPING TO HAWAII, ALASKA & PUERTO RICO
We offer free shipping anywhere in the continental US. For Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, extra charges may apply, if shipping is available. One of our representatives will reach out to you for approval before shipping out your order.

What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?

In most cases, a third-party courier may be responsible for shipping and delivering your products. The exact shipping courier largely depends on the brand manufacturer themselves. This may include (but not limited to) couriers such as: FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.

As AlteredPhysical.com does not hold any inventory or stock, your order will be picked up at the dealer's warehouse/storehouse location and will be sent to your chosen address.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

At this moment, no.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Delivery cut off point: 5pm EST. If you order later than 5pm EST, your order will be treated as being ordered the following day.

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Total delivery time: 4-7 days.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
